As of April 6, 2026, the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services will be administering Energy Assistance Programs can help you manage your utility bills and improve your home’s energy efficiency. Our Tools for Schools (TFS) program provides students with school supplies and backpacks. This is offered to students attending Canal Winchester or Bloom Carroll Schools.
Applications for Back-to-School distribution are due by noon on Tuesday, July 28!
