As of April 6, 2026, the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services will be administering Energy Assistance Programs can help you manage your utility bills and improve your home’s energy efficiency. The Summer Crisis Program

The Summer Crisis Program is available July 1- September 30 to households at or below 175% of the federal income guidelines that also meet ONE of the following requirements:

A household member is 60 or Older
A member of the household has a medical necessary condition certified by a qualified medical professional OR
The household has an electricity disconnection notice, has been shut off or a new electric service is being established

Adopt-A-Family Applications are Available Now!

🎁Our goal is to bring joy, comfort and holiday magic to families in our local community who are experiencing situational financial hardship!

Eligibility: Families who reside in the Canal Winchester Local School District or Bloom Carroll Local School District.
