The Fairfield County Health Department partners with the Ohio Department of Health, Bureau of Maternal, Child and Family Health, to provide cribs and safe sleep education to eligible families (while quantities last). Cribs are certified compliant with Consumer Product Safety Commission standards and come in a safe sleep kit that also includes a fitted sheet and educational materials. To receive a kit, families must complete a safe sleep education session covering infant safe sleep practices and proper use of the crib.
